getting close


I shot these three pictures of this chain along on the bank of the Spokane river where there use to be a lumber mill. In the top right corner you can see goose foot prints so you can get a perspective of the size of the chain for the last two shots. I love close up or macro photography I don't know why I don't do more of it.

These heavily rusted chains make fine subject for close ups. I like the detail and natural looking color of your very closest shots. Fine job of shooting.

I really like the detail and texture in those old chains. That last photo is a bit like strata in a rock face.

These must have been there for sometime. I do love doing macros too, they show wonderful details.
