Lower Nine Mile

Ranger and I were out at Nine mile again this time we were down below the dam, if you look in my archives you can see some pictures from above the dam. This is only about 10 miles from my house so it is easy to get to, and there are a lot of things to see and explore in this area . Here are a pair of osprey they nest by the river and feed on fish, and are here from spring till fall they raise there young through the summer.

This is a view from below Nine mile dam.

This is from the same spot but showing a view down river.

The sign needs no interpretation.

A fine series of shots. I like the below-the-dam shots very much. The esprey are very nice with fine details.
