Leavenworth

We were having our asphalt driveway coated this weekend and could not drive on it for 24 hours, so we went on a little trip to Leavenworth Washington, it is about 200 miles from Spokane and well worth the drive. This week I will be posting shots from our trip. Ranger went with us and a good time was had by all .

This is where we stayed not fancy but a beautiful setting and with in walking distance from town, inexpensive, and ran by very nice people, and dog friendly, which Ranger thinks is a definite plus.

This is the cabin we stayed in .

This is the Wenatchee river from our cabin, through our deck railing.
This is again the Wenatchee river taken from the bridge going into town, our cabin is a bit past the dead tree on the right side.

This shot is looking across the bridge from the river shot you can see the railling at the bottom of the picture.

This is a little ways past the bridge as Ranger and I were walking into town. The mountain you see here is on the other side of town, where highway 2 starts to go up to Stevens pass.

This is a fine series of shots, Lloyd. I like how they give the setting for your cabin and the views you enjoyed. Nice shots!
